| Why did you join the fire department? |
Was interested in giving to the community, working with a community organization and fire/ems interested me. |

| What are your hobbies and/or interests outside of the fire department? |
Have lots of interest, not as much time. Enjoy the out of doors in the Shenandoah Valley, whether it be in the mountains hiking, fishing, hunting or just watching nature. Love doing outdoor activities with my four wonderful sons, who seem to enjoy much of the same things I do. |

| What do you like best about being part of the fire department? |
Enjoy working with other volunteers and helping people in their time of need. The fire department is like a big family and it makes for a large circle of friends. |

| What is your most memorable incident? |
Many different ones some on the good side and some on the negative side. Feeling satisfaction and fulfillment when doing good deeds and helping the less fortunate is a very satisfying feeling. |
