It has been 5 years since the loss of our fellow firefighter and brother Roy Smith, III. Roy was responding to a structure fire from his home when he was involved in a single vehicle accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Roy Smith, III. was a dedicated member of Company 80 for over a year. Roy was also a junior at Spotswood High School in Penn Laird, VA.

Roy is greatly missed by his Company 80 family.
