Traffic crash with entrapment

Early today McGaheysville and Elkton Firefighters along with Rockingham County Fire and Rescue were dispatch for a two vehicle traffic crash with entrapment. Units arrived on the scene to find a pick up truck pulling a trailer and car involved. Occupants were extricated and transported to SRMH by ambulance. The roadway was closed for several hours. ... First Due -2nd Alarm Fire
McGaheysville, Elkton and Shenandoah fire companies was dispatched for a structure fire in Massanutten on December 6th. Engine 801 arrived on location to find fire through the roof of a two story timeshare condo. Today marks the 14th year since a tragic accident took the life of one of our own in the line of duty. Roy Dale Smith III lost his life in a traffic crash while responding to an early morning structure fire. Roy was a promising young fire fighter with aspirations of becoming a career firefighter. 2nd Structure Fire in 13 hours

McGaheysville Firefighters was dispatched at 03:49AM for a structure fire involving a residence in Massanutten. Chief 80 arrived on the scene to find a three story residence with fire showing from the roof and side Charlie of the structure.
